About
The Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences, Foundation of Research and Technology - Hellas, (FORTH/ICE-HT) is seeking applicants for one postdoctoral/research assignment in the context of the research project “EUROCHAMP-2020 Integration of European Simulation Chambers for Investigating Atmospheric Processes – Towards 2020 and beyond”, which is implemented under the EU-Horizon 2020 Research Framework Programme.
Job Description
To conduct research in the framework of the aforementioned project "EUROCHAMP-2020". The main objective of EUROCHAMP-2020 is to integrate the most advanced European Atmospheric Simulation Chambers into a world-class infrastructure for research and innovation in atmospheric science and related fields. The objective of this job is to improve the operation of the FORTH atmospheric simulation chamber.
Location: FORTH/ICE-HT, Patras, Greece
Duration: 6 months, with the potential of renewal
Salary: 3000 Euros per month (total cost of the employer, including social security and taxes)
Envisaged starting date: 1/10/2019
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates are required to hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Sciences. Moreover, the candidate must be fluent in English. The evaluation of the candidacies will be based on the following criteria and qualifications:

Selection Procedure
Applications that are received on time will be evaluated by a scientific committee using the criteria mentioned above. If necessary, certain candidates will be invited to a personal interview with the committee.
