Assistant in Endocrinology Clinic

Candidates for the position should meet the requirements of Statutes for CMKP, be fluent in polish, English  and submit:

• Declaration of accession to  the recruitment process
• Professional CV and questionnaire
• PhD Diploma (medical sciences) – copy
• Right to practice – copy
• Information about scientific and didactic achievements
• Written statement declaring  the CMKP as the place of primary employment within the meaning of the Act – Law on Higher Education and Science
• Written statement that candidate agrees for processing the personal information strictly for the purposes of job recruitment in accordance with the regulation for the protection of personal data and statement that candidate agrees for processing the personal information by CMKP
