Supporting scientific careers, mobility, and innovation within the European Research Area (ERA).
MISSION
The project's primary goal is establishing and developing the Talent Exchange Hub (TALENTify) in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This hub will focus on specific aspects of the scientific career, such as supporting the mobility and relocation of scholars and facilitating the attraction, reception, and retention of researchers in the European Research Area (ERA).
OBJECTIVES & ACTIVITIES
Through the Hub's activities, we create conditions for scholars' career development, attract new talents, and build an environment supportive of scientific entrepreneurship.
- Establishment of the virtual and physical space of the TALENTify Hub at the Center of Plant Systems Biology and Biotechnology (CPSBB) – Plovdiv: cpsbb.eu
- Education through the mentoring programs REBECA and “Shape the future of a Researcher coming to Europe”
- Conducting national and local training events and networking, based on UniWeliS
- Disseminating the project developments and results to a broad spectrum of stakeholders: EURAXESS contact points, researchers, career development centers, academia, businesses, and policymakers
