First contact

Ask a CV and as many as possible questions in order to make clear for you:

  • Who is this person?
  • Where the researcher is based?
  • Where he/she would like to go?
  • What is his/her specialty?
  • What is his/her career stage?
  • What exactly he/she wants?

Do not forget to make notes on his/her answers!

  • Can you personally help and with what exactly?
  • If not – who else you need to involve?

Plan and timing

Discuss and agree with the refugee researcher on every step or next session.
