- Themis Program for Scholars in the United States (France)
The Fondation Maison des Sciences de l’Homme (FMSH) offers 2-3 month research residencies in France to scholars based in the US. The program aims to foster international academic exchange and support scholars at risk. Application deadline: June 30, 2025.

This fully funded three-year PhD scholarship program invites applications from scholars at risk or those from states in crisis. The program is administered by the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Portsmouth. Application deadline: June 30, 2025.
