
Two new resources developed under the ERA TALENT third-party funded projects are now available to support early-career researchers in exploring impactful career paths outside academia. Both initiatives are part of the EURAXESS Researcher Careers Beyond Academia (REBECA) Hub, which helps researchers transition into non-academic roles and promotes mobility of talent across sectors.
MR2YR – Mentoring Routes: Unleashing Innovative Careers for Young Researchers
Developed by the Edmund Mach Foundation, MR2YR presents a collection of short video interviews with experts in innovation. Recorded during a workshop on 12 March 2025, the series highlights key themes such as entrepreneurship, public–private collaboration, and intellectual property strategies.
