Helena Castro is a biochemist with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and, since April 2025, Manager of the Joint Grants Officer for the Transform4Europe (T4EU) European University Alliance. She brings +22 years of research experience (37 scientific publications; h-index of 19) and +4 years as a consultant for EU funding, having been involved in +70 grant applications across multiple disciplines and contributing to raising +€27 million in funding.
