Understanding of the need to look for psychological support and to take care of your own mental health does not always lead to concrete steps in that direction. Sometimes, we stop just one step away and don’t know what to do next. If this situation resonates with you and you wish to change it for yourself, we invite you to our webinar that is dedicated to overcoming of possible obstacles on the way to good mental health. It will also help you find answers to the question of how to take that first step and to begin your journey toward improving of your mental well-being.

About the speakers


Natalia Tsybuliak is an Associate Professor of Applied Psychology at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University in Ukraine, where she also leads the Teaching Excellence Center ArsDocendi. As a displaced academic herself, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight into the mental health challenges faced by researchers in crisis. Her research focuses on mental health in academia. Natalia Tsybuliak is actively involved in several international projects supporting mental health and well-being in academia.

Artem Polulyakhov is a Senior Lecturer at Berdyansk State Pedagogical University in Ukraine. He is an organizer and active participant of events of the university that are aimed at teambuilding, support and development of students and the academic staff. He also works as a psychologist in different projects under support of the UNFPA with the purpose of stigma avoidance, psychological support and improvement of mental health of people.
