The Department of Forest and Soil Sciences, Institute of Forest Ecology is currently seeking a Postgraduate Research Associate (PhD position) within the framework of the project "UNiNEtZ".
The research aims at assessing the status of SDG 15 in Austria, its implementation potentials and spillover effects of SDG 15. The position includes the assistance of the coordination of a working group ion SDG 15. This requires management and maintenance of contacts with stakeholders and members of the SDG UNiNEtZ of the Austrian Alliance of Sustainable Universities.
- completed master study in environmental and bio-resource management or similar studies
- strong social skills for working in teams
A PhD thesis related to the topic SDG15 shall be written.
Gross monthly salary and pay grade in terms of collective agreement for university staff (payable 14 times per year): B1, € 2.148,40
